Our signature blend pairs the impeccable structure and comforting sweetness of our classic Costa Rican base with the exotic, fruit-forward complexity of the Anaerobic Honey-processed Papua New Guinea.
The resulting medium roast delivers a syrupy, full body with dominant notes of rich cocoa and dark cherry that evoke the experience of Black Forest Cake. The bright, clean finish from the Tarrazú bean cuts through the dense fruitiness of the PNG, creating a perfectly balanced, addictive cup.
